Shipping Policy

Keep in mind our items are each handmade. We do have an approximate turn around time of 2-3 weeks for items that are not ready to ship. That is subject to change at the holidays. 

The USPS give estimated shipping times of 2-3 days at checkout. Those are their estimations after your order has shipped.

Paying for Priority is a guaranteed 2-3 days once the order has shipped. It still requires the 2-3 week turnaround time for hand making.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for the difference. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
